Travel Conditions

Passengers departing from the Aeolian Islands, after collecting the boarding ticket, can board the reserved vehicle.
At the port of Milazzo or Reggio Calabria, the passenger will be welcomed and immediately escorted to the vehicle that will take them to the airport.
Passengers arriving at Catania or Reggio Calabria Airport, after collecting their luggage, must proceed to the designated meeting point, where they will be greeted by transport staff. The expected waiting time before departure to the corresponding port is approximately 60 minutes from the scheduled flight arrival time (as communicated during booking/purchase). From the port, the passenger will board the first available vessel heading to the destination island. During any waiting periods for connections, passengers will be accommodated in comfortable waiting areas provided at the ticket offices.
