Thanks to the position slightly offset from the centre and the ample spaces offers the possibility to families, couples, friends, to spend a pleasant holiday in full relax away from the noises and the stress of the city.  The large covered terrace of about 60 sqm partially surrounds the house and is equipped with chairs, tables and deckchairs. The house consists of: living-dining room, table, chairs, TV with satellite-TV. Four large double rooms including two with Windows doors and direct access to the covered terrace, two with high windows. Two complete bathrooms with shower (box).  The house is able to accommodate up to 8 people in a fourth double room with extra charge (according to the period). Each room is equipped with fan. Parking space adjacent to the property. Public transport at 200 Mt. For all locations dll ' island. Shared entrance with other dwelling. We recommend cars or scooters.

Grande  grazioso appartamento panoramico ubicato a circa 800 mt. dal centro storico e 1200 mt. dal porto principale, posizionata in un viale della strada provinciale ( in salita per circa 100 mt). Grazie alla posizione leggermente scostata dal centro ed agli ampi spazi  offre la possibilita’  a famiglie, coppie,  amici, di trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in pieno relax lontano dai rumori e dallo stress cittadino.  L’ampia terrazza coperta di circa 60 mq circonda in parte la casa ed e’ attrezzata con sedie, tavoli e sdraio. La casa e’ composta da:  soggiorno pranzo, tavolo, sedie, tv con tv-sat. Quattro  ampie camere matrimoniali di cui due con porte finestre e accesso diretto alla terrazza coperta,  due con finestre alte. Due bagni completi con doccia  (box).  La casa e’ in grado di ospitare fino ad 8 persone in una quarta camera matrimoniale con supplemento (in base al periodo). Ogni camera e’provvista di ventilatore. Posto auto adiacente all'immobile. Mezzi pubblici a 200 mt. per tutte le località dll'isola. Ingresso in comune con altra abitazione. Animali domestici di piccola taglia benvenuti. Si consiglia auto o scooter.

Les Iles Eoliennes Lipari. Super bel appartement panoramique situé à environ 500 mètres. De la vieille ville et 650 Mt. Du port principal, situé dans une avenue de la route provinciale (montée pour environ 100 mètres). Merci à la position légèrement décalée du centre et les espaces amples offre la possibilité aux familles, aux couples, aux amis, de passer des vacances agréables en pleine détente loin des bruits et du stress de la ville.  La grande terrasse couverte d'environ 60 m ² entoure partiellement la maison et est équipée de chaises, tables et transats. La maison se compose de: salon-salle à manger, table, chaises, TV avec satellite-TV. Quatre grandes chambres doubles dont deux avec portes vitrées et un accès direct à la terrasse couverte, deux avec des fenêtres hautes. Deux salles de bain complètes avec douche (Box).  La maison est capable de loger jusqu'à 8 personnes dans une quatrième chambre double avec supplément (selon la période). Chaque chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur. Place de parking adjacente à la propriété. Transports publics à 200 mètres. Pour tous les emplacements dll'Island. Entrée partagée avec d'autres logements. Nous recommandons des voitures ou des scooters.

Vom Haupthafen, in einer Allee der provinziellen Straße (bergauf für ungefähr 100 Meter) gelegen. Dank der Lage leicht von der Mitte versetzt und die großen Räume bietet die Möglichkeit, Familien, Paare, Freunde, einen angenehmen Urlaub in voller Entspannung Weg von den Geräuschen und den Stress der Stadt zu verbringen.  Die große überdachte Terrasse von ca. 60 m² umgibt das Haus und ist mit Stühlen, Tischen und Liegestühlen ausgestattet. Das Haus besteht aus: Wohn-Esszimmer, Tisch, Stühle, TV mit Sat-TV. Vier große Doppelzimmer, darunter zwei mit Fenster Türen und direktem Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse, zwei mit hohen Fenstern. Zwei komplette Badezimmer mit Dusche (Box).  Das Haus ist in der Lage, bis zu 8 Personen in einem vierten Doppelzimmer mit Aufpreis (je nach Zeitraum) unterzubringen. Jedes Zimmer ist mit Ventilator ausgestattet. Parkplatz neben dem Anwesen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: 200 Mt. Für alle Standorte DLL ' Insel. Gemeinsamer Eingang mit anderer Wohnung. Wir empfehlen Autos oder Roller.

Desde el puerto principal, situado en una avenida de la carretera provincial (cuesta arriba por unos 100 metros). Gracias a la posición ligeramente offset del centro y los amplios espacios ofrece la posibilidad a familias, parejas, amigos, de pasar unas agradables vacaciones en pleno relax lejos de los ruidos y el estrés de la ciudad.  La amplia terraza cubierta de unos 60 metros cuadrados rodea parcialmente la casa y está equipada con sillas, Mesas y tumbonas. La casa consta de: salón-comedor, mesa, sillas, TV con TV satélite. Cuatro grandes habitaciones dobles, incluyendo dos con puertas de Windows y acceso directo a la terraza cubierta, dos con ventanas altas. Dos baños completos con ducha (caja).  La casa es capaz de acoger hasta 8 personas en una cuarta habitación doble con cargo extra (de acuerdo con el período). Ветряные острова Липари. Отличные хорошие панорамные апартаменты, расположенные около 500 метров. От Старого города и 650 MT. От главного порта, расположенного на проспекте провинциальной дороги (в гору около 100 метров). Благодаря позиции слегка смещены от центра и широкие пространства предлагает возможность семьям, парам, друзьям, провести приятный отдых в полной релаксации вдали от шума и стресса города.  Большая крытая терраса площадью около 60 м2 частично окружает дом и оснащена стульями, столами и шезлонгами. Дом состоит из: гостиная-столовая, стол, стулья, телевизор со спутниковым телевидением. Четыре больших двухместных номера, в том числе два с окнами дверей и прямой доступ к крытой террасе, два с высокими окнами.
