The villa is an oasis where you can relax in a timeless dimension, between sea, nature, comfort, peace and tranquility, where you can relax and forget the work routine, listening to the birds chirping and contemplating the blue of the sea. The structure consists of 3 double rooms (double bed) fully furnished, all air-conditioned, equipped with a large private bathroom with shower and equipped with wifi and satellite TV. Each room also has a small terrace with kitchen and fridge and overlooks the enchanting panoramic swimming pool, accessible to guests, equipped with sunbeds, a shower and a dressing room. A sun terrace and a fitness corner complete the structure. The apartments are located in a hilly area, which can be reached from the center of Lipari in just a few minutes. Road in steep single lane slope for two-way traffic, for small cars, or scooters. Free parking. On request we can arrange a transfer service from the port to the arrival / departure of the guests.

La villa è un’oasi dove rilassarsi in una dimensione senza tempo, tra mare, natura, comfort,  pace e tranquillità, dove rilassarsi e dimenticare la routine lavorativa, ascoltando il cinguettio degli uccelli e contemplando l’azzurro del mare. La struttura si compone di tre villette  completamente arredate, tutte climatizzate, munite di ampio bagno privato con box doccia e dotate di connessione internet wifi e TV satellitare. Ciascuna villetta, inoltre, dispone di un terrazzino con cucina più frigorifero ed affaccia sull’incantevole piscina panoramica, accessibile agli ospiti, provvista di lettini, doccia e spogliatoio. Completano la struttura una terrazza solarium ed un angolo fitness. Le villette sorgono in una zona collinare, raggiungibile dal centro di Lipari in pochi minuti.  Strada in ripida pendenza ad una corsia per doppio senso di circolazione, per  auto di piccole dimensioni, o scooter. Parcheggio gratuito.  Su richiesta possiamo disporre un servizio di transfer dal Porto all’arrivo/partenza degli ospiti. Classe E. G, IPE: 35kw.

La structure se compose de 3 chambres doubles (lit double) entièrement meublées, toutes climatisées, équipées d'une grande salle de bain privée avec douche et équipées de wifi et TV satellite. Chaque chambre dispose également d'une petite terrasse avec cuisine et réfrigérateur et donne sur la magnifique piscine panoramique, accessible aux hôtes, équipée de transats, d'une douche et d'un dressing. Une terrasse ensoleillée et un espace fitness complètent la structure. Les appartements sont situés dans une zone vallonnée, qui peut être atteint du centre de Lipari en quelques minutes. Route en pente raide à voie unique pour circulation à double sens, pour petites voitures ou scooters. Die Villa ist eine Oase, in der Sie in einer zeitlosen Dimension zwischen Meer, Natur, Komfort, Frieden und Ruhe entspannen können, wo Sie sich entspannen und den Arbeitsalltag vergessen, den Vögeln zuhören und das Blau des Meeres betrachten können. Die Struktur besteht aus 3 Doppelzimmern (Doppelbett) voll möbliert, alle klimatisiert, ausgestattet mit einem großen privaten Badezimmer mit Dusche und ausgestattet mit WLAN-Internetzugang und Sat-TV. Jedes Zimmer hat auch eine kleine Terrasse mit Küche und Kühlschrank und mit Blick auf den bezaubernden Panorama-Pool, zugänglich für Gäste, ausgestattet mit Sonnenliegen, einer Dusche und einem Ankleideraum. Eine Sonnenterrasse und eine Fitness-Ecke runden das Angebot ab. Die Apartments befinden sich in einer hügeligen Gegend, die vom Zentrum von Lipari in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist. Straße in steiler einspuriger Piste für den Zwei-Wege-Verkehr, für Kleinwagen oder Roller. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Auf Anfrage können wir einen Transfer-Service vom Hafen zur Ankunft / Abreise der Gäste arrangieren.

Una terraza y un gimnasio completan la estructura. Los apartamentos se encuentran en una zona montañosa, a la que se puede llegar desde el centro de Lipari en solo unos minutos. Carretera en pendiente empinada de carril único para tráfico de doble sentido, para autos pequeños o scooters.
